No More Intimate Chafing When You Run

No More Intimate Chafing When You Run

This is a big deal. You don’t want to be distracted by uncomfortable, chafing underwear that ride up when you run.
You might have heard that cotton is the best material for women. It’s supposed to aid the PH balance in your vagina whereas other materials disrupt it and might cause irritation and even yeast infections.
Not so for running. When you sweat in cotton underpants the moisture stays in the material and your underwear becomes crusty and stiff. This isn’t a good thing if you are on a seven mile run in the summer. What you need for running underwear is a sweat wicking material such as nylon microfiber. My favorite brand is “Bali Women's Comfort Revolution Seamless High-Cut Brief Panty.”

Notice how it looks, it will stay like this no matter how many miles you run and you wont think of your underwear even once.

Not only is it sweat wicking, but it doesn’t ride up and it’s seamless, meaning that there isn’t a cumbersome horizontal seam across the panty right in front. And last but not least, they never ride up.
Even though they’re not considered sportswear I’ve never run in anything better.
